Hi, Guadalupe!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thanks for your great question about
Jedi Training: Trials of the Temple, an interactive show in Tomorrowland at
Disneyland Park. The Jedi Master and his assistants work with Jedis-to-be in a high-energy light saber training course before the kiddos have a chance to come face-to-face with Kylo Ren or the infamous Darth Vader himself!
Children between the ages of 4 and 12 are invited to sign up for this experience, so your grandchildren are the perfect age. Availability is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis, but once they’re signed up their participation is guaranteed (unlike the past when youngsters were selected from the audience). Be sure to arrive early for the best chance at spots in the show. Registration begins when the park opens for the day, including Extra Magic Hour or Magic Morning. It’s best to be ready to enter the theme park at least 15 minutes prior to the official park opening time and go straight to the registration area, located outside the exit of Star Wars Launch Bay. All kids interested in participating must be present at this time.
I hope this helps you plan, Guadalupe, and that your junior Jedis get a chance to be a part of this exciting show! Please feel free to write back with any other questions you may have as your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth approaches.
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
