From the Disneyland hotel. Can you still walk directly into downtown Disney and the continue through to the parks?

    Hey Alan!

    Welcome to planDisney!

I bet you can’t wait for your stay at the Disneyland Hotel! I just paid a visit to the Disneyland Hotel this weekend where I was able to enjoy one of my favorite places, Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar! I love the grounds at the hotel and the pool area is one of my favorites. The weather should be perfect to enjoy the pool and Monorail Waterslides as well. Just a little heads up that there is some construction going on right now for the proposed hotel tower for Disney Vacation Club. I am so excited for this project and hope we can get more details soon.

Getting from your room at the Disneyland Hotel to the theme parks is just as easy as you remember. As soon as you exit the hotel grounds you’ll find a security checkpoint. Once you are through the checkpoint, you can walk through the Downtown Disney District until you get to the Esplanade and line up for either Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park. It’s a really short walk but just make sure that you leave some extra time in the morning to go through security.

Well Alan, I hope you have an amazing trip and let us know if you have any last minute questions.

Remember, always believe in the Magic!
