What is the Disneyland Hotel reservation cancellation policy?

    Hi Ryan, welcome to planDisney!

My family loves staying at the Disneyland Resort Hotels and Disneyland Hotel is one of our favorites. We love the convenient location close to the Disneyland Monorail and always grab a few tasty meals at Tangaroa Terrace Tropical Bar & Grill.

I think you've chosen a fantastic Disneyland Resort Hotel for your stay! If for any reason you need to modify or cancel your reservations, you will need to call, so a Cast Member can assist you. Call (714) 520-5060 anytime between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM Pacific Time to cancel or modify your vacation package or hotel reservations.

With a Disneyland Resort Vacation Package, you will need to cancel 30 days before your arrival for a full refund. If you end up needing to cancel 5 to 29 days prior to your arrival date, you will be refunded minus the $200 fee for cancelation. If your reservation is a room-only reservation, the policy is a full refund up to 5 days before your arrival. Less than 5 days and your cancelation will incur a cancelation fee of the first night's rate plus taxes and fees.

Sometimes plans change and having to cancel a trip can be so disappointing! If canceling is your only option, I hope you're able to visit again soon. When this happened to us, planning our next visit helped take the sting out. The Disney Parks Blog is a good place to check for announcements, which can help you decide when you'd like to make those new plans. This should be an exciting year with the Disney100 Celebration at Disneyland Resort, meaning lots of new experiences throughout the year.

I hope this has been helpful!
