In the Disneyland Hotel are there privacy dividers/doors between sleeping areas?

Hi there, Judi! Welcome to planDisney. There is nothing I love more than staying on property at The Happiest Place on Earth. With 3 unique hotels to choose from, the Disneyland Hotel always feels so nostalgic and magical, and it never fails to make me grin from ear to ear.

Last December, I had the opportunity to stay at the Disneyland Hotel for a week with planDisney, and it was nothing short of magical. The Disney touches, from the Mickey gloves holding the sconces to the sweet nightly towel animals, made my stay so fun and whimsical. While staying in a standard room in the Fantasy Tower, there was a wall separating the sleeping area from the bathroom. The bathroom also had a door for the shower and sink area and another door for the toilet, which made it feel very private.

If you’re looking for more separation between the living space and the beds, I would consider booking a suite. A standard suite gives more privacy and space with a door for the bedroom, especially if you have little ones. The sofa can also be converted into a bed for an extra sleeping area, which is a great option for Guests.

While at the Disneyland Hotel, don’t forget to make a reservation at my favorite, Goofy’s Kitchen. There’s something lighthearted and childlike about dining there. I love watching my son interact with the characters and swing his napkin around when it’s time to dance. A bonus tip for little car lovers is that you can sit in one of the Autopia cars parked just outside Goofy’s Kitchen. My son loves to play and pretend that we’re driving away to Tomorrowland while we wait for our table to be ready. When we have breakfast here, I always like to grab a coffee to go from The Coffee House next door for an extra caffeine boost on our way to the parks.

Judi, thank you so much for visiting planDisney. I hope this helps explain the privacy you’re looking for in a room at the Disneyland Hotel. If you have any questions or need help planning your visit, we’re always happy to assist.
