“Does Disneyland have any good Organic, Certified Organic and/or non GMO options?

    Hello, Trina!

Thank you for reaching out to us at planDisney! My family strives to incorporate as much organic food as possible into our daily diets, so I can understand your desire to eat that way while visiting Disneyland Resort.

We have food allergies in our family, and I constantly check ingredient lists when we are at Disneyland. I have not seen organic options at most Disneyland restaurants at this time. Moreover, ingredients often change at many dining locations. However, there are still plenty of healthy, whole-food options to be found at the theme parks. Some of my favorite snacks can be purchased at Fruit Carts located throughout Disneyland. They usually offer bananas, apples, pineapple spears, pickles, hummus, veggie cups, or other healthy options. Just search for "Fruit Carts" on the Disneyland mobile app to find the different locations.

You may also be interested in Disney Check meals found at many Disneyland restaurants. Foods and beverages that feature the Disney Check meet Disney Nutrition Guideline Criteria, which promote consuming nutritious foods such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean protein, and low-fat dairy. POWER Packs are one of the Disney Check options at some restaurants and typically include a yogurt smoothie, fruit, a vegetable, and whole-grain crackers.

One of my favorite healthy restaurants is a hidden gem, the GCH Craftsman Grill. During my visit to Disneyland last month, I ate there almost daily! The Poke Bowl and Avocado Panzanella were delectable, and the Seared Salmon Salad was also delicious. Lamplight Lounge, Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe, Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo, and Bengal Barbecue also have nutritious and tasty options.

Information about special diets can be found on this Disneyland page. If anyone in your family has food allergies, it is a good place to start!

Trina, I know this information might not have been exactly what you are looking for, but I think you will be able to find meals that your family can enjoy. You are also welcome to bring your own food into the parks. I hope you have a wonderful trip to Disneyland Resort. If you have other questions, feel free to contact me directly!

Wishing you a Great, Big, Beautiful Tomorrow!
