    Does Disneyland have any good Organic and/or non-GMO dining options?

    Hi, Danielle!

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thanks for your great question about dining at The Happiest Place on Earth. The resort has made a huge effort in recent years to offer healthier food options and accommodate a variety of dietary needs. One example is the introduction of Mickey Check, a program that makes it easier to identify nutritious options on kids’ menus in all of the Disney theme parks and resorts. Choices that receive the official Mickey Check meet Disney Nutrition Guidelines that limit calories, saturated fat, sodium and sugar.

    I have also started noticing more organic ingredients sprinkled throughout Disneyland Resort menus, such as organic baby greens at La Brea Bakery Café, organic eggs at Uva Bar & Café and Catal Restaurant in the Downtown Disney District, organic fruit leather at White Water Snacks at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, certified organic red superfruit sangria offered at Wine Country Trattoria and Ariel’s Grotto, and organic soymilk at Market House in Disneyland Park, to name a few. The free range chicken breast at Carthay Circle Restaurant is also one of my favorites.

    Menu offerings (for both quick service and table service) are always evolving, so you could find even more organic options during your visit.
