Greetings, Erin! Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question!
Eating at the Disneyland Resort is like an attraction all in itself! Some of the best meals I have ever had were eaten at the parks and I'm glad to tell you that restaurants are extremely
accommodating to those with food allergies and special dietary requests. Most, if not all, quick and table service restaurants will have allergy-friendly menus readily available for you to peruse, or you can ask to speak with a chef. In my experience, gluten-free Mickey waffles are usually available anywhere the regular waffles are served. Pancakes can typically also be made with gluten-free batter. Some places you might want to try are
Carnation Cafe in Disneyland Park,
Tangaroa Terrace at the Disneyland Hotel, and
White Water Snacks at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel and Spa.
Once you've had your fill of waffles and pancakes, you might want to try the gluten-free breakfast options at
Rancho del Zocalo Restaurante which include chilaquiles con huervos and the fajita beef breakfast platter. Or, if you are in Disney California Adventure Park, head to Fiddler, Fifer & Practical Cafe to try their gluten-free smoked Canadian bacon and egg breakfast sandwich.
I think you will find it easy to navigate dining options at the Disneyland Resort with a food allergy/sensitivity. I hope you have a delicious time!
