Hi there, We will be going to Disneyland for the first time from Jan 23-27. My daughters love parades but it looks like there aren't any parades going on during that time. Can you let me know if there are any parades during that time? Thanks!

    Hey Karley!
    Welcome to planDisney!
There must be so much excitement at home for your first visit to the Happiest Place on Earth! If you didn’t already know, you can grab a complimentary “1st Visit” button at either City Hall on Main Street, U.S.A. or at one of the shops throughout the parks. A first visit wouldn’t be complete without a character breakfast experience. One of my favorites is Minnie & Friends- Breakfast in the Park! It’s such a great way to start your day at Disneyland Park with some of your favorite Disney Friends. Don’t forget to pack your autograph book and camera to capture the moment. Check out the availability to see if there is a reservation time you can grab that would work with your trip.
My family loves parades at the Disneyland Resort. Magic Happens parade is scheduled to return to celebrate the Disney100 Celebration at Disneyland Park. Unfortunately, it won’t be back in time for your trip as it’s scheduled to return on February 24, 2023. Do not fret as you’ll still have some options during your trip. At this time, the Mickey in Friends Calvacade is scheduled every day of your trip at 12:45 pm. You can join the fun on Main Street U.S.A. and see characters like Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Goofy and sometimes even Captain Hook or Elsa from Frozen! I’d double-check the Disneyland Mobile App for wait times as you get closer to your trip. If you’re spending some time at Disney California Adventure Park, then you don't want to miss Mulan’s Lunar New Year Procession where you’ll get to see Mulan, Mushu, other Disney Characters and entertainers! It runs many times a day during the celebration so you’ll also want to check times as you get closer to your trip.
Well Karley, I hope you and your daughters have the Best Day Ever!
Remember, always believe in the Magic!
