We are going to Disneyland in early September. Last time we went, we saw the Electrical Parade from the VIP area as we got vouchers through Aladdin's Oasis. Will there be another parade taking over with the same opportunity for VIP seating?

Greetings, Letterio! Thanks for trusting the Disney Parks Moms Panel to help plan your trip to the Disneyland Resort!

As you probably know, the Main Street Electrical Parade will dim its lights on August 20, 2017. As of right now, there isn't a replacement nighttime parade until the return of Paint the Night in 2018 in Disney California Adventure Park. However, Fantasmic! is returning on July 17th and there are some great Dining Packages available that offer reserved viewing for the show. You can choose from three-course, prix fixe meals at Blue Bayou Restaurant or River Belle Terrace, or an on-the-go package at Hungry Bear Restaurant that is similar to what you experienced at Aladdin's Oasis. Each dining option comes with a voucher for a reserved viewing area for Fantasmic! and the River Belle Terrace package even has a premium option that lets you view the show from your table at the restaurant!

Additionally, there is the really special Tomorrowland Skyline Lounge Experience where you will dine on scrumptious sweet and savory tidbits from the terrace above the Star Wars Launch Bay. On select nights, you may even have a spectacular view of the fireworks!

I hope you have a magnificent time at the Happiest Place on Earth this September!
