Is Disneyland still doing park registrations? How many days in advance can we reserve our park visit?

    Hi there, Christian!

Welcome to planDisney. Thank you for sending your question to us! It looks like you are planning a trip to visit Disneyland Resort during the holidays. That is my most favorite time of year to enjoy "The Happiest Place on Earth"! Main Street, U.S.A. is usually adorned with festive holiday decorations and tasty seasonal treats can be found throughout the theme parks. Some of my favorite attractions often receive joyful updates, such as Haunted Mansion Holiday and "it's a small world" Holiday

Theme park reservations are currently required to visit a Disneyland theme park. Park reservations can be made about 180 days in advance at this time (subject to change and availability). I recommend checking the Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar before purchasing your tickets to make sure your preferred dates are available. In addition, keep an eye on the Offers & Discounts page for any promotions that might apply to your visit.

The end of December is a popular time for Guests to visit Disneyland, and I recommend purchasing tickets and making park reservations as soon as they become available. This is also a great time of year to utilize Disney Genie+, the Fairy Godmother-approved service that allows Guests to skip the standby lines on many attractions. In addition, I suggest using the Disneyland app to mobile order meals for the day soon after you enter a theme park. This helps ensure your preferred lunch or dinner time is available.

Christian, I hope your visit to Disneyland Resort is merry and bright! If you have other questions about visiting Disneyland during the holidays, I am happy to help!

    Happy holidays!
