    Will Disneyland be doing anything special on the day of the release of the new Pirates of the Caribbean movie?? I am just curious because I will be there the day the movie releases.

    Shiver me timbers! The Disneyland Resort has sure held some pretty spectacular events when previous films in the "Pirates of the Caribbean" franchise were released in the past. In 2011, for example, a huge screen was erected on the Rivers of America to premiere "Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides" in 3D. When "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales" premieres this May, I wouldn't be surprised if the Disneyland Resort held another extravagant soiree. However, I haven't seen any details released quite yet. I suggest that you follow the Disney Parks Blog in order to be one of the first to know if any exciting events will be happening around this time.

    If there aren't any events or experiences happening while you are in the park, you can certainly celebrate in your own way by riding the Pirates of the Caribbean attraction and perhaps even seeing the film at the nearby AMC Downtown Disney 12 Theatres.

    I hope you have a swashbuckling-ly great time at the Disneyland Resort this summer!
