Hi Emilia! Thanks for dropping by planDisney.
Grad Nite is returning this year to Disneyland Resort. It's a time-honored tradition! If you're not a grad and concerned it might eat into your park day, I understand your concern. We all want to experience as much of the magic as we can. I can report, however, that Grad Nite is held in Disney California Adventure Park. This Special Ticketed Event doesn't affect Disneyland Park hours. I hope that's good news!
Did you know there's a handy
Daily Events Schedule you can always check? It has park hours, any Special Ticketed Events listed, schedules for Entertainment, Parades, and Fireworks, and refurbishment information. It's a good place to start your planning. Just change the date at the top to see the schedule for your park day. You can put together your must-do list using some of this information. Schedules are subject to change or cancellation without notice, but you'll have a rough idea of what there is to explore.
If your preferred park day coincides with a Special Ticketed Event, you can select the park not hosting the event and enjoy regular park hours or select
Park Hopper. With Park Hopper, when you're choosing your preferred park date and park, you pick the park you'd like to start your day in. Later, you can hop to the other park. If you start your day in Disney California Adventure Park, you can hop before it closes for the night for Grad Nite. There's so much to do in Disneyland Park too, including celebrating Star Wars with
Season of the Force. It's a great option to consider! Theme park reservations are subject to availability.
I hope this helps!
Elizabeth
