Going to Disneyland & DCA in November with a 3-family group... Should we link all the tickets together before entering park on day 1 and would doing so enable anyone in the group to book Lightning Lanes for the whole group through the Disneyland App?

Hey there, hi there, Tony! Welcome to planDisney. We love helping Guests get the answer to all their planning questions!

You know what I love about a November visit? It's sweater weather! Well, at least in the morning and at night. You have the right approach to visiting with a large group who will be using Lightning Lane Multi Pass. I recommend that at least one or two people in a group link everyone's ticket to their MyDisney account so that someone can make Lightning Lane selections for the whole group. I do think that the Disneyland app allows you to book Lightning Lane selections for up to 10 people at once. If your party size is bigger than that, you may need to break the group up between two accounts. Only the people who link all the tickets to their account will be able to make selections for the whole group; it doesn't automatically link all tickets in everyone's account.

Another helpful step I recommend doing before your arrival is saving the form of payment you plan to use in the parks to your profile in the Disneyland app. This will make mobile ordering and other in-app purchasing super easy, versus having to type your credit card information in every time.

Tony, I hope you and your group have a fabulous time making magical memories!

Well hello there, friend! I'm Carrie, a work-from-home mom and military wife who currently calls sunny San Diego home. You'll find my family in the parks braving drops and coasters to work up our appetite to take as many snack breaks as we can. While Disneyland is our home away from home, we love trying to make a Walt Disney World Resort vacation happen at least once a year now too. All my friends know I'm the go-to for Disney advice, so I'm here to help you plan and experience the magic on your visit! Learn More About Carrie
