Hello, Nanette!
It sounds like you’re just as excited as I am that the
Disneyland Resort theme parks are on track to open soon! I sure have missed visiting the Happiest Place on Earth this past year.
Many theme park ticket expiration dates have been extended. That’s great news for lots of people who still had unused days left on their tickets when the theme park closure began! If you purchased a promotional Southern California Resident Ticket last year, the expiration date has been extended through December 16, 2021. Your ticket may be used on non-consecutive days, but the original blockout days of July 4 and November 20-27, 2021 still apply.
As you may have heard, Guests who already have a valid theme park ticket can make a
theme park reservation using an online system that just launched! First, be sure that you’ve linked the ticket to your Disney account on
Disneyland.com or the
Disneyland mobile app before you visit the reservation system because you’ll need to enter a valid theme park ticket number for each person in your party in order to create a park reservation. You’ll then select the ticket you want to make a reservation for, the date you’d like to go, and the theme park you want to visit, pending availability. You’ll be asked to agree to the Terms & Conditions, including a liability waiver. Finally, select “Confirm” to complete your park reservation.
I hope this answers your question, Nanette, and that you’ll be strolling down
Main Street, U.S.A. again very soon!
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
