Hey there, hi there, Shontrean! Welcome back to planDisney! We are so happy to see you have come back to ask another question and what a great question that is!
As far as I am aware from my recent trips over the last few months, paper straws are what is offered for drinks throughout Disneyland Resort. Disney Parks are committed to doing what they can with ongoing conservation efforts and that includes
eliminating plastic straws and other single-use plastics when possible. I know many have very strong opinions on paper straws, so bringing your own reusable straw into the parks is A-OK! In fact, Disneyland Magic Key holders were able to collect an exclusive Magic Key reusable straw this month during Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival. My daughter carries one with her wherever she goes, including the parks. I really like the collapsable ones that come in a convenient container with a brush to easily clean it after use. You may even find a collectible straw or two at a quick-service location in the parks.
If you have any questions about
prohibited items in the future, you can check out the Disneyland Rules and Regulations.
Shontrean, as you get closer to your arrival date be sure to check out the
Entertainment Schedule to see which recently returned nighttime spectaculars will be showcased each night. From Main Street Electrical Parade, "Disneyland Forever" fireworks, World of Color, and Fantasmic! all returning, your nights are sure to be full of magic and wonder.
Thanks again for stopping by again! We hope to see you real soon!
