    Is Disneyland currently accepting cash as a form of payment?

    Hey there, Nicole! Thanks for swinging by planDisney with your question. You must be excited for your upcoming adventure at the Happiest Place on Earth! 

    Nicole, you can certainly use cash as a form of payment throughout Disneyland Resort. Although, I must say it is very convenient to make in-app purchases using the Disneyland mobile app. There is a workaround to this if you’d like to use cash but also use the app. Once you arrive at Disneyland Resort, visit any gift shop and use your cash to purchase a Disney Gift Card. Then, you can use the Disney Gift Card as a form of payment within the Disneyland mobile app. This is useful to add Disney Genie+ service, purchase Individual Lightning Lanes, use Mobile Ordering, use Merchandise Mobile Checkout, and more.
