Zoila from AZ Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Hi, before Disneyland closed for the pandemic, I bought tickets and they replaced for new tickets , the new ones expired on January 2022 do I need to do something or I can still used

    Hey Zoila!

    Welcome to planDisney!

The news is out and Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park will be opening April 30, 2021. I’m sure you are as excited as I am and can’t wait to fly high on Pixar Pal-A-Round or take a tour of Happy Haunts on my favorite Doom Buggy. Even though your next visit to the Disneyland Resort will be different than your last, rest assured that the Magic is still there.

I’m sorry to hear that you have not been able to use your tickets. Your patience is greatly appreciated and we’ll all finally be able to enjoy the Magic of the parks again. It sounds like your theme park tickets may have expired January 12, 2021 and are on the list of tickets that were extended through December 16, 2021. Double check the list to make sure that your tickets fall into the category of the ones that have been extended. If you’re still unsure you can call Ticket Services and they can confirm for you as well.

Keep in mind that the guidance issued to the larger theme parks like the Disneyland Resort states that guests will be limited to California Residents when they first reopen. You’ll want to make sure that you’re following along with the Disney Parks Blog so you know when theme park reservations open up to out of state guests.

Well Zoila, feel free to check in with us again once more information is released about out of state guests.

Remember, always believe in the Magic!
