Hi Cristina! Welcome back to planDisney. Looks like your next visit to the Happiest Place on Earth is just a few weeks away! Let's take a look at your question so you can get all your plans squared away.
There are some park tickets that do require identification when you scan in through the Main Entrance Gates while others do not. If you have regular single-day or multi-day One Park Per Day and Park Hopper tickets, you will not be asked for ID. The Cast Member will take your photo the first time you scan in for the day and that ticket will then be assigned to you. Your photo will pop up every time the ticket is used as a method of identification.
If you have
Southern California Resident Weekday Tickets, all adults in your party will be asked to show a government-issued photo ID that reflects a current address as this special ticket offer is available to residents within ZIP codes 90000-93599. If for some reason your government-issued photo ID does not reflect your current address, you can bring your ID along with a recent utility bill that shows your current ZIP code.
With
Disney Military Promotional Tickets, you will also be required to show a valid Military ID. The Military member or spouse who purchased the tickets will also be required to be present.
I hope that cleared up your identification question! If not, definitely pop back in to
planDisney, and we will be happy to answer any follow-up questions. Be sure to stop by the
Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival during your visit and feast on eats and sips from
12 Festival Marketplaces while you are strolling through
Avengers Campus,
Pixar Pier, and
Cars Land! You can even enjoy the limited return of
Soarin' Over California!
Cristina, the magic awaits and your countdown starts now!
Keep wishing on those stars,
Tara
