Hi are the Disneyland Castle lights always on all night long or do they ever get turned off after closing time?

Greetings and a warm welcome to planDisney, Kyle. We're delighted that you're here to share this question with us. Oooh, this is quite a curious question and I'm happy to answer as best as I can.

There is so much magic and wonder to be found at the Disneyland Resort, it does make you wonder, doesn't it? Does Sleeping Beauty Castle ever need beauty rest and turn out the lights to sleep? Like Cinderella, does Sleeping Beauty Castle have a curfew too?

While I don't know the answer, I can share that I have been inside Disneyland Park after dark for special events (when the park was officially closed) and Sleeping Beauty Castle was still beaming with lights. Now, were the lights turned on just for our special event? I mean, I like to think so, but we'll never know. It's all part of the magic and perhaps one of those things that will remain a wonderful mystery. Think of it as Sleeping Beauty Castle lore.

If you ever have the chance, I highly recommend checking out the Wellness Offerings from Tenaya Stone Spa at Disney's Grand Californian Spa & Hotel. It's a great way to start your day (albeit early) and get a peek behind the scenes as you energize for the day. The two that I recommend where you are in the theme park before it opens are "Power Walking Workout in DCA" and "Sunrise Yoga in Disneyland Park."

Kyle, while this might not exactly be the answer you were looking for, I hope the information I shared was still helpful. Some things are best left a mystery and we just have to let the magic take over. Here's wishing you a visit filled with magic at the Happiest Place on Earth!
