    Where is the Disneyland will call window?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Autumn!

    It sounds like you are planning a visit to the Disneyland Resort soon and I couldn't be more thrilled for you! If you need to pick up tickets or inquire about anything before you enter the parks, you can visit any ticket booth which are located in the esplanade area between Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park. If you purchased your tickets online and selected the eTicket option, you should have received ticket vouchers within 24 hours of purchase. With these vouchers, either printed or on your mobile device, you can head directly to the park gates and bypass the ticket booths altogether. At the gates, you will exchange your ticket vouchers for standard paper tickets that you will use for the duration of your stay.
