Hello, Veronica!
I am so glad to hear you’re planning a trip to the
Disneyland Resort during the holiday season. It’s the merriest time of year to visit the Happiest Place on Earth!
The
Disneyland Resort will have lots of holiday-themed decor, attractions, food and entertainment for your family to enjoy. I usually recommend that Guests take advantage of the benefits of Park Hopper Tickets if possible. With a Park Hopper Ticket, you'd have access to Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park throughout the day, with the privilege of moving back and forth between them as you wish.
At Disney California Adventure Park, Disney Festival of Holidays brings festive music, dance and food inspired by many cultures! The Festive Foods Marketplace offers kiosks serving multicultural holiday fare as a celebration of culinary traditions from around the world. Another must-do is the special holiday decor and attractions in Cars Land, where you can experience Mater’s Jingle Jamboree and Luigi's Joy to the Whirl, two Cars Land rides that get decked out for the holidays!
At Disneyland Park, highlights include specially-themed attractions like Haunted Mansion Holiday and “it’s a small world” Holiday, A Christmas Fantasy Parade, and the “Believe...In Holiday Magic” Fireworks Spectacular. After the fireworks, “snow” falls in the skies above portions of the park! While both parks have lots of seasonal magic to enjoy, the offerings at Disneyland Park rank at the top of my list. There’s nothing like gazing upon Sleeping Beauty Castle when it’s all gussied up with twinkling icicle lights and colorful garland! I hope this helps, Veronica, and that you have a perfectly pixie-dusted vacation!
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
