    Does Disneyland and California Adventure have opening ceremonies each day? Also, do the fireworks at Disneyland and World of Color at California Adventure have showings each night, even in November? Are any attractions typically closed during that month?

    Hey Terri!  Thanks so much for the question!

    Disneyland Park usually opens with either a rope drop on Main Street featuring a welcome announcement over the PA and music, or a PA countdown from the turnstiles... Fun, but unfortunately not as big of a production as that of Walt Disney World.

    Disneyland usually publishes schedules online 1-3 months in advance, so exact showtimes cannot be guaranteed at this time.  Historically, fireworks, Fantasmic, and World of Color have not necessarily been shown every night in November, so I recommend checking the Disneyland.com online schedule closer to your arrival date to verify which nights feature showings of Disneyland fireworks and World of Color, and Fantasmic..  

    Last year, 2011, the Disneyland Fireworks spectacular Believe... in Holiday Magic along with World of Color over at California Adventure, occurred every night after November 11th, but Fantasmic was only shown on select nights.

    As far as attraction closures, there are no annually scheduled rehabs affecting Disneyland in November that I am aware of!
