    We are going to Disneyland/ California adventure Nov 16th-20 should we buy magic bands+ for our trip?

    I am excited because the Disney Parks Blog announced on Tuesday, September 20th, 2022, that MagicBand+ will be coming to the Disneyland Resort in the Fall of 2022. A specific launch date has not been announced yet, but you can keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog to see when the official launch date is announced. Since the official launch date has not come yet, it might be launched before your November 16th to 20th, 2022, Disneyland Resort vacation, but it is not guaranteed.

    If you desire a MagicBand+ before your Disneyland Resort vacation, you can purchase a MagicBand+ from shopDisney and have it shipped to your house in preparation for your Disneyland Resort vacation! Just make sure it is a MagicBand+ because previous generations of MagicBands from Walt Disney World, such as the original MagicBand or MagicBand 2, are not compatible at the Disneyland Resort. I have purchased two MagicBand+ from shopDisney, and I love them. I can't wait to use them at the Disneyland Resort when MagicBand+ is officially activated at the Disneyland Resort.
