    We will be at Disneyland and California Adventure next week September 17th and I have heard that A Bug's Life is no longer open. Is the bug's land area completely closed or just the walkway between Guardians and Cars Land?

    You are correct that “a bug’s land” closed earlier this month in order to transform into a new Marvel super hero-themed land. As part of this transformation, the whole area is closed, including all pathways that connected Hollywood Land and Cars Land. 

    Speaking of Cars Land, since you will be at the parks during Halloween Time, you will definitely want to spend a lot of time in this area of the park as it has a complete Haul-O-Ween overlay. All the homes and business are decked out for the season, the residents of Radiator Springs are clad in their Halloween costumes, and two attractions have special seasonal overlays. Mater’s Graveyard JamBOOree and Luigi’s Honkin’ Haul-O-ween have special music and really cute spooky touches.
