Does Disneyland CA have any spira gift cards?

    Bright Suns, Jody!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We're so glad that you found us hEAR, and thank you for bringing this great Disneyland Resort planning question to us!

I actually just asked this question a few days ago to a helpful Batuuan in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge while in search for one of these golden gift cards as a birthday present for the son of my dear friend and fellow Moms Panelist Kristin C. (Shhh, don't tell her son!) As of Wednesday, the few locations on the planet of Batuu that do carry these coins were sold out. However, this doesn't mean that these are gone forever, never to be restocked again, as I've seen some on the internet say. I was lucky enough to purchase one of these pieces of cool currency as soon as this new land opened, and then looked for another a few weeks later only to be out of luck. Rumors ran rampant that these were gone for good, even Cast Members thought so. But sure enough they've been replenished multiple times and I eventually was lucky enough to find and purchase a second Spira a few weeks after I started my hunt. So definitely check every time you visit, and Pro Tip: if your next trip to Anaheim is spread out over a few days, make the interplanetary journey to this lovely new land each day you're in the parks as new stock is released in the morning without any notice to Cast Members the day before. I'd even check twice a day, once in the early morning around the park opening time and plan another stop in the afternoon or evening.

The two shop locations where I've personally purchased my payment pieces are the Resistance Supply kiosk near the brand new Rise of the Resistance attraction, as well as the shop in the exit area of Droid Depot. Do note that there is an initial load requirement of at least $100 USD on to these coins, and that the initial load amount requirement could change at any time without warning. However, and here's a Pro Tip, these coins can be used anywhere at Disneyland Resort that regular Disney Gift Cards are accepted, which is pretty much everywhere inside Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park, and most places in the Downtown Disney District. I've even used mine at the in-park Starbucks locations! Bonus Pro Tip: These cards can also be reloaded at any shop that sells Disney Gift Cards at Disneyland Resort, and the reload value can be any amount. (Which is a great option if you want to gift a Spira to a friend's child, but not gift the full initial-load amount.)

I hope this helped to plan your future Disney Days, Jody, and if you have any more Disneyland Resort planning questions, We're All Ears!
