hi Disneyland, I just booked my tickets via KKDay. Unfortuanately, I didn't notice that the ticket for childer is for age 3-9 and I bought child ticket for my son. Would you please kindly adivse how can I deal with this? (I live in Taiwan).

    Hello, Yiting!

Thank you for reaching out to planDisney with your question! I am sorry there was confusion about which Disneyland Resort theme park ticket to buy for your son. It happens!

I first suggest contacting the travel platform that you used to purchase tickets. They may be able to help you upgrade the child ticket to an adult ticket. If not, I recommend contacting your travel agent to see if they can assist. Guests with ticket confirmation numbers can also try calling the Disneyland Resort "Tickets" Line to ask about upgrading tickets at (714) 781-4636. As long as the ticket has not been used yet, you should be able to apply the amount to an adult ticket.

Did you know that dining reservations can be made up to 60 days in advance? Table-service restaurants are popular at Disneyland, which is why I recommend working with your travel agent to make reservations as soon as they become available. Some of my favorite restaurants include Lamplight Lounge, Blue Bayou Restaurant, and Storytellers Cafe.

Yiting, it sounds like you are planning an exciting trip to the United States! I hope your visit to Disneyland is extra magical!

    Wishing you a Wonderous Journey!
