As a Disneyland AP holder I visit the parks and Downtown Disney frequently. Is there a brochure, chart, or something similar that shows what food items are vegan or can easily be "veganized" upon request? Thank you for your time!

Greetings, Stephanie! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thanks so much for your question!

The chefs at the Disneyland Resort go above and beyond to accommodate different dietary restrictions and needs. Most, if not all, table and quick service restaurants have allergy-friendly menus readily available upon request. In my experience, these menus will note which items contain certain allergens and which offerings are vegetarian or vegan or can be made that way with slight modifications. Plus, you can note any dietary preferences whenever you make a dining reservation and consult with a chef or specialist when you arrive at your table.

Although menu items are subject to change at any time, I found this helpful fact sheet that lists several vegetarian and vegan options at eateries in both parks and the Disneyland Resort Hotels. Since many restaurants in the Downtown Disney District are independently owned, I would suggest contacting them directly to see what vegan options they have available.

I hope this helps! Happy eating!
