Hi Poonam,
Welcome to planDisney. I am glad you decided to drop by with your question about Guests with disabilities at the Disneyland Resort. The
Disneyland Resort promises Guests of all ages and abilities the opportunity to experience the best of the attractions and entertainment at the parks. One way that may provide you with an ease of experience is The Disability Access Service. The
Disability Access program is a wonderful service that Disneyland offers for Guests visiting the theme parks. The DAS offers the opportunity to experience attractions for visitors who have difficulty waiting in regular queues. The DAS helps you enjoy many experiences during your stay to the best of your child’s ability.
Poonam, you can register your child for the DAS in one of two ways. You can
preregister online by participating in a live video chat with a Cast Member. They will review the need for the DAS and recommend the best option for your child. You can also register in person at Guest Services at the theme parks, where they can assist you as well.
I hope this helps you plan a magical vacation to Disneyland. If you need more information about the DAS, or about attractions, do not hesitate to come back and leave us another question!
