Hi Matthew,
Thanks for stopping by planDisney. I hope your daughters had a magical time at the
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique! I also hope they were able to catch a
visit from Cinderella’s Fairy Godmother. I took my daughter for her fourth birthday, and she absolutely loved her photo shoot. We definitely have some of those prints displayed around our home, and at her grandparents’ house too!
When you had your keepsake portrait session, you should have received a code to access the photos taken of your girls. When I visited, the code was included in an envelope along with the printed photos I received. Once you have that code, head to the
Disney PhotoPass website. After logging into your MyDisney Experience account, you can
enter the code to link the photos, and you should then be able to view and download your daughters’ portraits.
If you didn’t receive your code, I recommend
contacting Merchandise Support at (877) 560-6477 or Disney PhotoPass Support at (714) 520-7106 to see if they can assist you. A Cast Member will be available to help between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
When planning your next visit to the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, consider stopping by
Royal Hall to meet even more princesses. My daughter loved showing off her new dress to the visiting royalty; it added an extra sprinkle of magic to her special day.
I hope this information is helpful, Matthew. If you have any other questions or need help planning your next Disney adventure, feel free to reach out to me or one of my fellow panelists. We’d be happy to share more tips.
Best of luck!
– Melinda
