Hi Harmeet! Thanks for dropping by planDisney.
I highly recommend having a stroller during your visit. It will definitely make your life easier with little ones! We've used a stroller in the parks for far longer than we continued to use one in everyday life.
There are important guidelines to follow with strollers. Otherwise, security will not allow you entry to the parks. At this time,
strollers can't be greater than 31" (79 cm) in width and 52" (132 cm) in length. Get your measuring tape out! Or check your manufacturer's specifications. Security will check too, so knowing ahead of time is for the best. You don't want to be turned back at the last minute.
I have concerns about the bag you describe. First, dimensions apply to bags too, so be sure to check those
dimensions. Also, it sounds like the bag might be pulled by the stroller. According to current park rules, any trailer-like object that is pushed or towed by an ECV, wheelchair, or stroller is not permitted. While I'm not personally familiar with the bag, I suspect it might also be motorized. I worry that even if the bag is detached from the stroller, it would fall into the motorized scooter category, which is not permitted at this time. It is up to the discretion of Cast Members whether or not something violates park rules, so you could be turned away.
There are other options. We have a specific stroller we use for the parks. It's seen a lot of use and we chose an inexpensive option that met the specifications of park rules. Also, you can
rent single and double strollers at the parks right outside the entrance, which is a convenient choice for many families.
However, you mention support. Disneyland Resort works very diligently to make each family's visit welcoming and accessible. I've witnessed this firsthand with members of my family who needed special accommodation. If this applies to you, I suggest calling
Disability Services to discuss your family's unique situation. They can talk through your unique needs and make appropriate suggestions. The Cast Members are very helpful.
I hope this helps!
