Does Disneyland allow you to ship parcels to their hotels for pick up during your stay?

Greetings! Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

If you are a registered Guest at one of the three Disneyland Resort Hotels, you have access to many amenities including shipping and receiving services through the Bell Services desk. You can ship items directly to your hotel before your arrival - just be sure to include the word "Guest," your name, and check in date on the shipping label. Mailing addresses for the Disneyland Resort Hotels can be found on each hotel's web page. Bell Services will then store your items until you arrive. This same system works for grocery delivery as well. Whenever we visit the Disneyland Resort, we always have a few food and drink items delivered that we like to have in the room. Bell Services will keep groceries in refrigerated storage until you check in. You can even include alcohol in your grocery delivery, but you must be present to sign for it.

You can also send merchandise purchases from the parks and the Downtown Disney District back to your hotel for no additional fee. This way, you won't be bogged down by shopping bags while you explore the Disneyland Resort. Merchandise sent back to the hotel will be available the following day after 7:00 a.m. at the Bell Services desk.

Staying at a Disneyland Resort Hotel certainly makes your visit convenient and hassle-free. Have a fabulous time at the Happiest Place on Earth!
