Hello there, Eli!
Thanks for bringing your question to
planDisney, we’re all EARs!
I do have a question for you, did you purchase an entirely new
ticket or did you simply just cancel your original
reservation? If you canceled your reservation and rescheduled for another date, then there’s nothing to worry about. All you did was switch the days you were planning on visiting. Now, if you purchased an entirely new ticket, then you now have 2 visits to plan for.
Eli, please keep in mind that theme park
tickets are nonrefundable. So if you did happen to purchase 2 separate tickets, then you can use one now and one for a visit at a later time. The easiest way to check to see if you did purchase more tickets than needed is by checking your
Disney account or credit card statements. You can also
call the Disneyland Resort Ticket Service Line to help verify your ticket order.
I hope this helps sort out your tickets and reservations, Eli. Please be sure to let us know if there’s anything else we can help with.
