We have never been to Disney.I don't know where to start.I need 2 rooms or should I rent a house? How do I plan for meals? What about fast pass? Can I rent something for someone who can't walk that far?We would like to visit more than 1 park.

Welcome to planDisney Elnora!  You have come to the right place to begin your planning.  I completely understand that it can be overwhelming, and I'm here to help, you've got a friend in me!

I would begin by exploring the Disneyland Resort Hotel Vacation Packages as well as the Good Neighbor Hotel Vacation Packages.  It's so convenient to bundle your theme park tickets and hotel stay together!  You truly cannot go wrong with either option, I would explore all of the different room types, pricing, and amenities to find the best fit for your family.

There are so many delicious options for dining.  If you're looking for a table service restaurant, you can begin to make dining reservations up to 60 days in advance.  We do like to enjoy a nice dinner at the end of the day to rest our feet.  There are also a ton of quick service dining options that do not require reservations, and are equally as delicious!  Some of our favorite places to dine are Bengal Barbecue and Pym Test Kitchen.

Lightning Lane Multi Pass is a great way for you and your family to save time during the day.  If you did not purchase Lightning Lane Multi Pass or add on the Park Hopper option when you bought your tickets, you can try to upgrade your tickets prior to your visit.  If that is not an option, you also can reach out to a helpful Cast Member on the Ticket Services line, or visit a Guest Relations booth located in the Esplanade between both theme parks.

Finally, there are ECVs to rent as well as manual wheelchairs for Guests with mobility challenges. They are available to rent on a first-come, first-served basis at the Stroller Shop outside of the theme parks, so I recommend to arrive to the parks early.

I hope this information helps get you on your planning journey, Elnora!  If you think of any other questions we can help with along the way, please come back and ask.

    Have a magical day!
