Hi Summer! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
It sounds like you are trying to
link tickets to your
My Disney Experience account by using the "Scan Code" feature in the
My Disney Experience mobile app. Once you scan the ticket (or type in the ticket ID Code) you will have the option to "Match This Ticket or Pass" to one of the names in "
Your Family & Friends" list. If the person you would like to link the ticket to is not on your list, you will see the option to "Add a Guest" at the bottom of the screen. (You might need to scroll down a bit.) You will then see the option to enter their name and age. If this person has their own My Disney Experience account, you will select the option to "Share planning with this Guest" and enter their email address. They will then receive an invitation to connect. If the person to whom you would like to assign the ticket is a child or member of your household, you can choose to manage plans for this Guest. Once the Guest has been added to your Family & Friends list, you will then have the option to assign the ticket to that person.
