Hi! Disney YES program. Does a chaperone have to be present for individually enrolled children? Also, can we purchase YES tickets as part of the Magic Your Way package & will doing so mean having to forfeit any special offers that apply ie. free dinin

Hi Ellen!  My boys loved the Disney YES program last year!

Children who are 12 and under must have a chaperone present during the class.  Children 13 and over can go without one, if the parent/guardian signs a waiver and remains in the theme park area the entire duration of class.

When you register for the class, you will be given package and theme park ticket options.  There are many available, but none of them include the dining plan, etc.  You can call 1-877-WD-YOUTH to find out more information.

When we went last fall, we bought a 4-day park hopper and it was significantly less than purchasing a normal 4-day ticket.  So, even if you cannot participate in the special offers by Disney, you will get a great deal on tickets.  Obviously, this is always subject to change, so your best bet would be to call that number and ask a representative once you have your classes selected.

Here is a link to some of the prices for Disney YES packages.  Please let me know if you have any other questions about the program, or about anything else Disney!!
