I am going to Disney with my 8 year and 11 years old kids June 2-June 4. where do you recommend me to stay ?

    Hi Magdalena,

    Welcome to planDisney!

With your dates in just about two weeks, it is definitely time to plan, plan, plan! First things first, check the Special Offers. I checked and there still seem to be rooms available at great rates. Given the ages of your children, I suggest taking a look at pricing for Disney's Pop Century Resort and Disney's Art of Animation Resort. If those prices are a little beyond your budget, consider Disney's All Star Music Resort. My family also loves Disney's Polynesian Village Resort and Disney's Contemporary Resort. Both have access to Walt Disney World® Monorail Transportation. And, we love to walk to Magic Kingdom from Disney's Contemporary Resort!

With Disney's Pop Century and Art of Animation Resorts, you would have access to the Disney Skyliner in addition to the Walt Disney World® Bus Service from your resort hotel. Our girls love the Disney Skyliner. It truly is a transportation experience. We also especially love the theming at Disney's Art of Animation Resort. So, take a few minutes to look through the Disney Resorts Collection options, decide which amenities you prefer, and then book a vacation package.

Also consider adding one of the Disney Dining Plans to your package. Even if you do not add a dining plan, I highly suggest a few table-service meals and at least one character meal. Take a look at the dining options and make a few advanced dining reservations as soon as possible. It can be difficult to impossible to find walk-up availability at some table-service restaurants when you arrive.

Magdalena, as soon as you book that vacation package, check to see if you can order MagicBand+. My family adores MagicBand+ but if you cannot order, do not worry. You can use Disney MagicMobile Service to set up your digital tickets and scan into the parks. I hope this helps. My most important piece of advice is to book now! Then, make those dining reservations and start packing!

    Magic and memories,
    Donyell
