    Will be at Disney 9/1-9/7 - yay! Breakfast ADR at Tusker House for 8am on 9/3. Staying at POR-Riverside. Do we have plenty of time to get there by taking Disney transportation or should we drive? w/1 and 3 yr olds would need car seats to drive.

    Hi Shelley!

    You will definitely want to take Disney transportation.  Usually I suggest that guests drive themselves everywhere except for perhaps the Magic Kingdom where you have to park and then take a monorail or ferryboat to get to the actual park.  However, Disney's Animal Kingdom's parking lot usually doesn't open until just before the park opens.  I have been stuck outside the parking lot toll booth on more than one occasion waiting to get in for an early morning breakfast reservation or the first Wild Africa Trek.

    I suggest stopping by the front desk of you hotel the night before and asking what your best option is.  They will have the latest and most up to date information.  Sometimes Disney does run an early morning bus to help guests get to their breakfast reservations on time.  In any event, I would definitely not plan on driving your own car or taking a taxi.
