Mickey and Minnie Statues in Front of Fireworks

We were at Disney world years ago and got hopper passes that say they do not expire-- we only used 2 of the 3 days and would like to use the remainder this March. How do we go about doing that now that we have to reserve actual parks way in advance?

    Welcome to planDisney, Jennifer!

Walt Disney World Resort's 50th Anniversary Celebration continues through March 31, 2023, and I can't wait for you to experience the EARidescent energy that accompanies this tremendous milestone. The magic meter is off the charts during the nighttime spectaculars that debuted as part of this celebration: Disney Enchantment at Magic Kingdom Park and Harmonious at EPCOT.

I understand there's still some magic left in your tickets with the Park Hopper Option from your last Walt Disney World Resort visit, Jennifer. As you mentioned, a ticket is not the only thing needed to enter a Disney theme park these days. Valid admission, a Disney Park Pass reservation, and a method of entry (MagicBand, MagicBand+, Disney MagicMobile pass, or admission card) are currently required for theme park entry.

Tickets must be linked to a My Disney Experience account before a Disney Park Pass reservation can be made, so that's a very good place to start. Log into your My Disney Experience account using the login information you used to ask this question. If your tickets were purchased in 2010 or after, the ID number found on each ticket should allow you to link each one to your account. As part of the linking process, you must link each ticket to yourself or a member of your Family and Friends list. Cast Member assistance is needed to link tickets purchased before 2010. A helpful Cast Member at (407) 939-4357 has the magic wand needed to modernize the magic in those specific kinds of tickets.

Once your tickets are linked in My Disney Experience, you can proceed with making your Disney Park Pass reservations and planning for your method of entry. I like to check the theme park reservation availability calendar and make my Disney Park Pass reservations about one month in advance. Disney Park Pass reservations can always be canceled or modified if plans change.

Thank you for answering magic's call and planDisney's call for trip-planning questions, Jennifer. We hope to see you again real soon!
