Hello!! I came to Disney World about 5 1/2 years ago, during the week of Christmas. I really enjoyed the Osborne Family dancing lights. Will those be there when I visit or are they just seasonal? I will be there October 1st-9th. TIA~

    Hi, Karissa!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I'm excited to answer your question and help you plan your upcoming Disney vacation!

The Osborne Spectacle of Lights displayed millions of lights in Disney's Hollywood Studios! It was unbelievable to see all of those dancing lights!  This event is typically only during the Christmas holiday and would not be available during the month of October, because of the Halloween celebration.

During your October visit, Walt Disney World will be celebrating Halloween with Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party at the Magic Kingdom! From September 2-October 31, 2016, Mickey will be hosting this party on select nights.

Also, no updates have been given as to if or when the Osborne Spectacle of Lights will return to Disney's Hollywood Studios this Christmas.

Enjoy your upcoming vacation! If you have more questions before you depart, please visit with us again soon!

    Happy planning!
