Hi Andrea!
Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel with your great question! My first Walt Disney World vacation as a 'mom' was when my daughter was 23 mths old. She had an absolute blast, as did we, as there is so much to enjoy together, as a family.
Indeed, you may not get to do and see 'everything' on your first trip to Walt Disney World. Going in with this expectation will make your trip all the
more enjoyable. What's important is to enjoy everything that you can, while still resting as required and knowing that you will likely want to return again to enjoy more at a later date!
In Magic Kingdom, Fantasyland is
FULL of all the classic attractions you'll be able to enjoy as a family. Add to that the parades and fireworks and you've got plenty to fill an entire day, or two, with magic!
At Epcot, your little one will enjoy The Seas with Nemo & Friends pavilion along with Character Greetings around the park, and
Kidcot Fun Stops around 'the world' at 11 pavilions around World Showcase.
The fun picks up over at Hollywood Studios where your toddler will be enthralled by such attractions as Disney Junior - Live on Stage!, Toy Story Mania! and the "Honey, I Shrunk the Kids" Movie Set Adventure.
In Animal Kingdom Park, you'll all enjoy Affection Section and the Kilimanjaro Safaris Expedition. Festival of the Lion King and Finding Nemo - The Musical are great shows for you to enjoy together.
When it comes to fun Character Dining options, a few fun places to consider include Disney Junior Play 'n' Dine at Hollywood & Vine and Chef Mickey's.
I hope this helps you to do some planning for your upcoming vacation!
Please write me back if I can assist you further with recommendations.
Wishing you a simply Magical time at Walt Disney World!
