We will be going to Disney World the 2nd week of Nov. Would the BYBBQ be too cold at that time? Or would Hoop De Doo be a better option? 4 boys ages 3, 5 and 12. Not sure which would keep the little ones more entertained.

I wouldn't be terribly concerned with the weather during the second week of November, Stephanie.  With daily highs averaging right around eighty degrees and lows hovering just below sixty, I would think a sweatshirt or light jacket would suffice.  As to which of the two dinner shows you mention would be better, I tend to lean towards Hoop Dee Doo.  The trouble is the age difference between your youngest and oldest boys.  The three-year-old would probably prefer Mickey's Backyard BBQ, but it could be boring for your twelve-year-old.  The Hoop-Dee-Doo, on the other hand, would be very entertaining for the whole family.  Some people might say that a three-year-old wouldn't enjoy it, but my son has been visiting every year since he was two and he didn't give us any trouble.  I think that between the music and dancing and food there is plenty going on to keep even little ones engaged.  My vote would be for the Hoop-Dee-Doo.  Have a great time!
