We are going to be at Disney World the week of March 11. My son is in training for the upcoming track and field season. Is there a track on the Disney grounds where he can continue his workouts while we are at the park?

Your son must be quite dedicated to miss out on Walt Disney World to train for track and field. I thought that the best place to start would be at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. This is a state of the art sports training facility that hosts the Atlanta Braves for spring training. I attempted to contact them to see if they allow individuals to train at the facility on any given day. Unfortunately, it does not appear that this is permitted. Other then that many of the Disney Resorts offer beautiful jogging trails throughout the resorts. Additionally, many of the resorts have great work out facilities for any athlete. I hope this provides you with some direction to help make this the best vacation ever.
