I have been to Disney World twice and have been unable to watch the lazer light show as I can not go into an open theater like that from the top is there any way that on my next visit that arrangements can be made to go in through the bottom.

    Hi Susan,

I think (hope) you are referring to Fantasmic! at Hollywood Studios.  While I'm not sure why you can't enter the theater from the top, I can tell you that there is wheelchair seating at both the top and bottom of the theater. For this reason, I assume that there is an alternate entrance for wheelchair guests wishing to sit in the front of the theater.

My best advice to you would be to visit Guest Relations and explain your situation.  They will be able to give you the best instructions for watching Fantasmic! based on your needs.

Hope this helps.  Have a magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Diane, Georgia

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
