I have been to Disney World many times before, but this year we are planning on going with our 6 month old which I will still be nursing and 6 adults. Is it worth it to go for a suite or just stick with standard rooms?

If a suite is an option that would be ideal.  You will have plenty of extra hands for your little darling.  The suite will allow you to go and shut the door, and have some private time with your little one while, at the same time, you will be able to give your baby some quiet time as well.  So, the adults can converse, and laugh, and little one will be peacefully asleep in the bedroom.  If the baby is having a difficult night, just like at home you can shut the bedroom door, and take turns staying up.  Wish you well...its exciting your little ones first trip!!!
