My Disney world ticket and reservation date are on my Disney app, but I don’t see any bar code or printable ticket. How do I get that?

    Welcome back to planDisney, Carol!

It is a pleasure to continue to help you plan magical memories for your upcoming visit to the Walt Disney World Resort! I am happy that you were able to link theme park tickets to your Disney account and make park reservations via the Disney Park Pass system. You are now all set and ready to go!

If you are staying at a Disney Resort hotel, please note that Guests with an arrival date through December 31, 2020 will receive complimentary MagicBands. This all-in-one waterproof wristband can be used to enter the theme parks when you have valid admission linked to your Disney account, allowing you to go straight to the parks without stopping anywhere for physical tickets. They will be shipped prior to your departure date, and you can even customize them by logging in to My Disney Experience and selecting My MagicBands and Cards.

If you are not staying at a Disney Resort hotel, please retrieve ticket cards at will call windows located at the entrance of all four theme parks or visit the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs. Will call windows usually open approximately an hour prior to theme park opening. Don’t forget to bring a government-issued photo ID and the ticket voucher with confirmation numbers - I also recommend bringing the credit card used for the purchase just in case.

I personally prefer to visit the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs the day before heading to the parks. You can even stop by World of Disney store to purchase MagicBands for each Guest in your party. They come in amazing designs, make great souvenirs, and can be used instead of ticket cards to enter the parks after being linked to each visitor with valid admission.

Thank you for sending another question our way, Carol! I hope you continue to visit us for more tips and advice as you plan your Disney vacation.

    See ya real soon,
