Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Denise!
The weeks between Thanksgiving and Christmas are my absolute favorite time of the year to visit Walt Disney World Resort, so of course, I'm so excited that you and your family are going to get to experience that magical time together this year.
Depending on where you're planning on spending Thanksgiving day, I've got some great recommendations for where you can enjoy a delicious turkey dinner.
Liberty Tree Tavern in Liberty Square at Magic Kingdom Park serves a traditional family-style Thanksgiving dinner with all of the trimmings you could ask for! The restaurant also has the cozy feel of an old colonial inn, which makes it a perfect environment to enjoy a special holiday meal. If you're spending the day at Epcot,
Garden Grill Restaurant also serves a family-style lunch and dinner that includes turkey, stuffing, and mashed potatoes. Best of all, this meal is a
Character Dining experience with Chip 'n' Dale and their friends! Both of these restaurants are pretty popular with guests, especially on Thanksgiving day, so I suggest making reservations for your family as soon as the booking window opens, up to 180 days before your arrival. There are also some restaurants that will be offering special Thanksgiving menus just for that day, so keep an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog for more information as the holidays get closer!
I hope this answers your question, Denise, and please let us know if there's anything else we can do to help you plan your magical vacation.
