Hey there Julia! Thanks for coming to planDisney with such important questions about your dietary needs. I say important because snack and dessert options are my favorite parts of any vacation.
The
Walt Disney World Resort has so many delicious places to eat. From table service to ice cream parlors, the options seem endless. With your dietary needs, the snacks may not be as plentiful. But I found a lot of locations have at least one no-sugar-added option. I found a couple of wonderful-sounding dessert options at the parks. At the
Plaza Ice Cream Parlor located on Main Street U.S.A. inside of the
Magic Kingdom Park, there is a No-Sugar-Added Raspberry Sorbet. It sounds super refreshing. And to be honest, I could go for one right now. To maintain the cold refreshing treats,
Hollywood Scoops inside
Disney's Hollywood Studios serves a Fat-Free No-Sugar-Added Vanilla Ice Cream. If you are looking for something outside of the parks visit
Disney's Polynesian Village Resort and head on over to
Kona Cafe they offer a No-Sugar-Added Mango Cheesecake.
The
My Disney Experience App is a great way to check current menus and options for all of your dining needs. I eat mostly snacks while on a Disney vacation and use the app to plan accordingly. I would suggest getting it downloaded if you haven't already. It's my go-to before, during, and after my trip ends.
I hope this is tasty and useful information you can use and eat while on your next visit. Stop back if you have any other questions for us here at planDisney.
See ya real soon!
