    Does Disney World (specifically Beach Club Villas) offer any exercise classes? Is there a schedule anywhere with those classes and the times? My mother and I are currently into Zumba and Pilates and we'd love to continue that regimen during our vacation!

    That is awesome that you and your mom are active and healthy-way to go!!!

    So the good news is that there is a fantastic fitness centre at your resort, Ship Shape Health Club offers a number of strength and cardio equipment as well as a sauna and steam room.

    The not so good news is that the fitness centres on property do not offer fitness classes.

    This will be a great opportunity to try new things.

    Make sure you still work out even though there are no classes.

    Have a magical vacation-stay healthy!!!
