    when does disney world set up for halloween. thank you

    Hi Carol!

    Halloween Time at the Happiest Place on Earth is filled with Spooktacular decorations and delightfully frightful events!
    Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is definitely a highlight of the season, giving guests a unique opportunity to dress-up, watch Halloween-themed shows & parades and trick-or-treat around Magic Kingdom!
    The Walt Disney World Resort usually begins setting-up their Halloween decor in late August. By mid-September the parks are generally decked out in Fall Harvest colors and awesome Jack-O-Lantern decorations. It's truly a fun time to visit the Happiest Place on Earth!
    One of my favorite things to enjoy during this time of year is the musical talent of the Cadaver Dans, a wonderfully wicked quartet who sings all of our favorite villain melodies A Capella!
    With so much to see and enjoy during Halloween time, the best advice I can offer is that you make sure to capture all your magical (and ghostly) memories with the Disney PhotoPass, especially since you only get to pose with Mickey and Minnie in their Halloween outfits during this time!
