We are going to Disney World in Sept. during the free dining! I had a Nemo room already booked, but it was not available with the free dining offer. My son has heart set on that room. Can I ask for the Nemo room when we arrive? How likely are we to get it?

Hi Bobbi! I found myself in a similar situation last year. I reserved the Art of Animation with a discount hoping for a Nemo room but then opted to go with the Animal Kingdom theme when I found Nemo was not available with a discount.  It was wonderful!  The cars section is also pretty cool.

I would suggest if your son has his heart set on Nemo and you have your heart set on free dining to call Disney and have a note added to your reservation indicating you would prefer a Nemo suite if one is available.  You can also ask during check-in.  Depending on how busy they are, they may be able to grant your request.  Unfortunately the only way you can guarantee a Nemo room is to forego the dining promotion and stay with the reservation you have.  The good news is, no matter where you stay you can still swim in the Nemo pool so perhaps that would be an acceptable compromise for your son.  Good luck, Bobbi!
